Wheelchair Users

To ensure smooth access

When wheelchair users and passengers with mobility issues use the train, station attendant will assist by setting up ramps to ensure their safety. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in the following matters when using the service.

To ensure a smooth use of the facilities, we will make arrangements with station attendant (including when station attendant are not available or when you request to use an unmanned station), so please contact us in advance.

Please be advised that even if you contact us in advance, we may not be able to fulfill your request due to attendant unavailability.

Please have a carer accompany you if you cannot use the restroom by yourself at stations and on trains. Carers may be asked to assist when using the train or guide in emergencies.
